For the testing of this app, it would be the most useful to utilize the services of first-click testing; because of the simplicity of our app design and layout, the other methods wouldn’t be worthwhile using. Also, we would like to successfully but quickly and easily get our MVP implemented and delivered so that we can start to build in our other features. The methods used to analyze are straightforward for testers, and the results of each task presented with either success, failure or skip and can be viewed visually by grid, heatmap and selection. These results give fast answers to how each task would be perceived and show us the correct/or incorrect way they came about. For example, in the first task, we asked, “Let’s say you wanted to fly to Kelowna, show me how you would see if this location is possible for you to fly”. We would be able to track if the tester had a difficult time starting on the right part of the screen, if boxes were filled in or ignored, and if they had any issues submitting the form or choosing how the form choice would be displayed.  We also can view how long it took for the task to be completed and if it is above our maximum time allowed.    We would then analyze the results and take any issues the testers is shown to have had back to the prototype and make changes as quickly as possible and get the app back to testing again.
